Surrogacy Helped Our Military Family

Surrogacy Helped Our Military FamilyMy husband is in the military so it was hard for us to buy a house, especially with two young children since I wanted to stay home with them. I was talking to one of the moms at school, her family had just bought their first home and she was ecstatic.

I asked her how, since her husband was also in the military, they managed to save enough money for the down payment. She told me about surrogacy and how the $40,000 she had made by being a Surrogate for  surrogacy agency last year was their down payment. That was an “ah ha” moment for me. After talking to my husband I contacted the other mom and she “recruited” me, she made $1,000 just for bringing me to RSMC, the medical center and Physician’s Surrogacy, the surrogacy agency she was a Surrogate for.

I passed the physical with flying colors and I was matched with a family within a week and started the process. Luckily I got pregnant on the first implantation and the pregnancy was pretty uneventful, just the way I like it. The way the surrogacy agency takes care of the Surrogates was really wonderful since my husband was gone for part of the pregnancy.

When my husband returned from overseas we found the perfect home for our family and, thanks to the surrogacy money, were able to get it quickly. Other military families ask how we got our house and I tell them how to become a Surrogate through Physician’s Surrogacy. This is the idea job for military wives since it’s hard to work outside the home, and take care of our kids, when our husbands are gone. I’ve recruited a couple of other military wives and I have to say, that extra $1,000 comes in handy.
