Not included in IVF + FET Package:
Medications: Unlike other clinics, we don’t use a standardized protocol for medications. Each protocol is customized to the patient’s needs and once your protocol is developed, we will connect you with our preferred pharmacy providers who will extend our special discounted pricing to you. We do not dispense any medications in the house.
Biopsy for PGT &PGT-A Testing: Not all patients elect for this additional testing and therefore we did not include this in the package pricing as it would inflate the costs for patients who may not use or need this service.
FDA Testing: FDA Testing is not included in the pricing
OB Package: OB monitoring (ultrasounds + endocrine labs) post embryo transfer is not included in this package. Check with the financial coordinator to see if your insurance offers coverage for this monitoring after embryo transfer.
Uterine Evaluation: Hysteroscopy, HSS, and Mock-cycle transfers are not included in the package.
Storage Fees: Semen, oocyte and embryo storage fees are charged annually.
Please note: If the IVF cycle does not result in embryos for transfer, included FET cycle will be forfeited. The package specifies embryos must be transferred within 1 year from the retrieval date.

ICSI & Embryo Creation: This package is designed for those planning on egg banking for later use and therefore fertilization and embryo culture is not included in this package
