The inability to conceive naturally affects nearly 20% of our world’s population. You are not alone! While it may not surprise you to know that in about 40% of those cases, the woman has difficulty conceiving, you may not know that in about 40% of all cases, the inability to conceive has to do with male-factor issues. Usually, in the remaining 20%, the causes are unknown, but still treatable.

At RSC, we specialize in advanced IVF procedures for both men and women, including ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection), assisted hatching, and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). But it doesn’t just stop there. Part of treatment is a fertility diagnosis, and because we have almost a century’s worth of experience, we are able to accurately determine most of the issues causing infertility and are expert at developing a treatment plan that is patient-specific, and not just a cookie-cutter protocol that lacks innovation.

RSC is more than a fertility practice. We have established strategic partnerships with key surrogacy and egg donation agencies around the world, and we are able to help coordinate every phase of every kind of IVF cycle that may be required.

For those intended parents who prefer a higher level of convenience, we also offer our own in-house surrogate and egg-donation agency that has quickly become one of the most respected in the country. The Select Surrogate offers a variety of quality, pre-screened surrogates and egg donors who meet our own very high standards. Whereas some agencies won’t begin any screening until the surrogate has been matched with their intended parents, at The Select Surrogate, all the women have undergone extensive background checks and psychological evaluations prior to being accepted into the program.

Of course, as a woman ages, her chances to conceive are lessened. Because of this, RSC has perfected the technology of advanced oocyte vitrification, or “egg freezing”.

Now, even women who aren’t ready to build a family during their peak fertility, can still come to our practice and plan ahead. By taking advantage of our state-of-the-art techniques, we can freeze a woman’s eggs so that when she is ready to build her family, she will have easy access to her own eggs, retrieved at the height of her fertility.
